I just read Peter Pan recently and am actually astounded by how beautifully written this story is. Of course I knew the story before reading the classic one, but the original book is definitely a page-turner. This book is filled with amazingly good quotes so I thought I'd sum up some of my favourites.
1) "To die would be an awfully big adventure."
2) "Dreams do come true, if only we wish hard enough. You can have anything in life if you sacrifice everything else for it."
3) "Fairies don't live long, but they are so little that a short time seems a good while to them."
4) "It is not in doing what you like, but in liking what you do that is the secret of happiness."
5) "Absence makes the heart grow fonder... or forgetful."
6) "Stars are beautiful, but they may not take part in anything, they must just look on forever."
